Our Story

It all began in Australia, at Capernwray, where we first met. What started as friendship quickly grew into something deeper, shaped by laughter, late-night talks, Bible studies, and countless memories. After months of getting to know each other, our relationship began on Keats Island, Canada—an unforgettable moment that set the course for everything that followed.

From the very beginning, distance was part of our story. We navigated time zones, airports, sad goodbyes, and long FaceTime calls. Yet, through it all, we kept choosing each other—again and again. We celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays across continents. We spent summers exploring each other’s homes in Germany and Canada, and we grew closer through both the ordinary and extraordinary moments.

Our love deepened not just in fun adventures, but in the way we pushed each other closer to God, encouraged one another through challenges, and dreamed together about the future. Over time, it became clear: we didn’t just want to date—we wanted to build a life together.

705 days after first meeting, in the Dolomites of Italy, she said yes to forever. That moment was the start of a new chapter—one we had prayed for and waited for with hopeful hearts.

Now, as we look back on the journey that brought us here, we are filled with gratitude. God has been faithful every step of the way, and we’re so excited to step into this next season as husband and wife.
